When a down on his luck drug dealer ( Jeff Pennington ) returns to his hometown to carryout the biggest deal of his life
only to find his double-crossing partner ( Clayne Crawford ) has botched the deal, his search for the truth leads to a labyrinth of paranormal events.

ABOUT
"While We Were" was produced as part of an ongoing series of resource based creative projects in collaboration with S.M.A.C. (Smoky Mountain Artist Collective).
S.M.A.C. is a non-profit artist collective dedicated to the preservation of the Great Smoky Mountains though film, music and new media.
Conceived as a silent film, "While We Were" was produced on location in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee with a hand-held camera and available light and resources.
